The girls and I went to a small water park in Dryden today with a couple mom's I met at story time at the library. The girls had a great time. The water was a chilly 72 degrees, but still fun. Melia could stay in the water for hours. Melia had a blast shooting the squirt guns.

So sweet, Meeghan, thanks for the tip AND solution! I was thinking that exact same thing today "I'm done taking her to the beach until she is older" But then I felt like a "bad mom" for thinking that. I was sure OTHER moms are able to have a peaceful experience with their two year olds! Hearing you say that makes me feel %100 better! Tomorrow I have the girls I nanny for, but we'll have to come to visit on a nice day soon.
