growing...growing...growing and pool fun

Parker is three weeks old today and had a check-up with the doctor. When he was born he weighed 7 lbs 12 oz and was 20 inches long. When he was 5 days old he had his first check-up and he weighed 7 lbs 7 oz. Today he weighed in at 9 lbs 14 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. Wow!!! What a change...he is a growing boy who is apparently well fed :)

It has been HOT HOT HOT in our neck of the woods this week so we have been doing A LOT of this...

The girls LOVE the water. Parker hangs out pool side or sleeps in the nice air conditioned house missing out on all the water fun. Melia is a fish and would spend from morning till night in the water if we let her. She was begging to swim yesterday, when the thunderstorms stopped and it was only raining a "little bit". After a slow start, Eva is finding out the the pool is way more fun that she initially thought.

That pic of Eva with the googles is PRICELESS...I love it so much! Got our MB in the mail today...Gabe LOVED it, and then promptly peed through it! It's in the dryer right now so that he can wear it to sleep tonight!

Awwww! Parker is changing right before my eyes! He is getting chubby cheeks! I miss him and the girls! (Seriously! I am so used to seeing the girls that it is strange not to see them!)
That is a GREAT picture of Eva with the goggles! I love her curly hair--reminds me of Zoe's hair when she was that age! (Sigh!!)
And of course Melia is as cute as can be! I'm so glad she is enjoying the pool!
Love you and can't wait to spend time with you when we get home!

I love those pictures! I agree with the above comment, the orange goggles is a priceless picture. The blue behind her looks like wings. Too cute! Also wanted to say thank you for blessing my cousin with such a beautiful gift!

Adorable pics! Looks like a fun day!

Running after the heart of the Father. Seeking His face in All things. Walking His will out in my life. These are the desires of my heart. Along the way I am a wife and mom who wants to capture memories that will last a life time.
